PP653. Original late 19th century illustrated hotel letterhead stationery sheet for the Hotel Lafayette at Minnetonka Beach, Minnesota, managed by E V Holcombe. Features an engraved vignette of the grand lakeside resort and paddle steamer. Circa 1880s to 1890s. Sheet approx 8 x 10.5 inches. Vignette illustration approx 2 x 3.5 inches. Steel engraving and letterpress combination with lined stationery paper. Structurally sound with no tears, losses, holes, or repairs. No visible foxing. Light, even age toning. Minor light aging marks, overall clean surface. Clean edges with standard margins. Very good condition.
