I can find no other example of this 1st Edition with this dust jacket by Al Nagy. Every example of the 1962 Youngblood Hawke has the dust jacket designed by Paul Bacon. The best explanation from my research is that this jacket was used for the very first impressions of this book and soon after printing began the publisher was able to get the services of Paul Bacon for a much more striking jacket.
