This is an Ohio Fire Marshall Pocket Handbook. The books recaps incidents from 1916 and has a published letter from Emerson L. Taylor, The Department of Fire Marshal attorney dated January 1, 1917. There is some heavy wear to the softcover, especially the edges. The interior pages are in good shape. This is a great piece of collectible firefighting history.
