Hardbound in Cloth, no Dust Jacket. First Editions. Text in English. Paris: E. Teriade, 1938-1939. "Verve: An Artistic and Literary Quarterly, Volume I, No. 2-3-4" All three issues are bound together and are complete with their original covers and lithographs. This is an ex-library copy that contains a library bookplate affixed to its front pastedown and an identification sticker to its spine.There are no other library markings present. The ownership signature of painter August Mosca is present on the front pastedown, as well as on the library bookplate. The cloth binding shows some wear to its edges. End pages show very light foxing. Interior pages are clean with no writing or similar marks. Binding sound. RARE!
