Minor abrasions to surface of boards. Deep, rich coral colored leather remains soft and supple. Gilt work on spine is bright. Original label. Beautiful marbled end pages, minor foxing throughout and previous owner’s name on frontispiece page. Nice! Please see photos. Thomas Moore was an Irish poet, singer, songwriter, and entertainer. As Lord Byron’s named literary executor, along with John Murray, Moore was responsible for the burning of Lord Byron’s memoirs after his death.
